Oatmeal Cookies

Some (or maybe a lot) of you like snacking whenever you want, and sometimes the snack contain lot of   MSG, or sugar (which is not healthy and make the ladies gain their weight). Have you ever thought about healthy snack? I got that idea from my auntie who has diabetes. She suggested me to make oatmeal cookies for her (as you know oatmeal is healthy and low fat). I searched some references from google and found lot of oatmeals recipe (I decided to try the most simple recipe in the end). I reduced the sugar because diabetic can't consume high-sugar food. You just need :
  • 125 gr margarine 
  • 50   gr caster sugar
  • 1     yolk
  • 125 gr fluor
  • 100 gr oatmeal
  • 1/2  tsp vanelli crystal
  • 1/2  tsp salt
  • 30   gr grated cheese *optional
  • Chocochips for garnish *optional

Directions :
  1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C.
  2. Bowl A : use your mixer, margarine together caster sugar until the color become white. Add the yolk and mix for a while.
  3. Bowl B : sift the fluor,salt, and vanelli crystal. Combine with the oatmeal, stir.
  4. Add the bowl B ingredients to bowl A ingredients + pour the cheese, stir.
  5. Shape it with teaspoon, drop it onto greased baking sheet. Sprinkle some chocochips over the surface as garnish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the color change to light brown. Wait until cool and the cookies are ready to eat!
