Egg tart

The idea was first coming when my Mom asked me to made it. After searched many recipes in internet and mixed it all up, the modified recipe was made!

Crust:

160 gr of low-protein flour
100 gr of butter
1 tbs of caster sugar
1 yolk

Custard:

250 ml of plain milk
1 egg
2 tbs of corn/maizena flour
25 gr of sugar
1 tbs of vanilla essence
A little bit salt
Grated / sliced cheese (optional)
Rum (optional)

Steps:

1. Using your spoon spatula, mix all of the crust ingredients until small particles like peas are formed (do not use mixer!
2. Prepare your tart tin (I use the small one), shape the dough following the tart tin's shape. Make sure that the dough's thickness isn't over or less.
---
3. For the custard, also, mix all the ingredients using spoon. Cheese and rum also can be added if you like to.
---
4. Pour the custard into the dough-tart tin.
5. Bake in a 160 degree C oven for 40 minutes, or you can see when the custard being puffed up.
---

Enjoy your egg tart either with tea or coffee!
